I have always been interested in the ultimate potential of people. Personal growth is an ongoing process that is mostly shaped by circumstances, events, victories and moments of failure.

Result catalyst.

As a personal and business result catalyst I train and coach people and businesses to resolve what is in the way of obtaining the results they want. I help them to become the person they would have to be, so that they will do what is necessary to achieve the goals they have set their mind on.

People need to respect the often uncomfortable but unskippable road to success. Many people prefer to take a shortcut, but there is no easy way. You will have to play the game as it should be played in order to win.

Create your identity – Mental Stance

I embrace that game for my self and therefore automatically for my clients too. After all, it would be hypocritical if I would hold back in my personal and business life and play an easier game than my clients. This creates the necessary ‘skin in the game’: creating the identity needed to deal with the next inevitable challenges to proceed to the next level. The so called ‘mental stance’, from which you operate. There is always opportunity for growth and there is always a next level. As a father of two daughters, who has been happily married for more than ten years, I am aware of my responsibilities and what I can do to create the best life for my family and myself.

Are there specific qualifications for people to be coached?

  1. They need to have a viable company that generates at least 1 million euros in revenue per year. Or at least have the intention or the business model to realise this.
  2. They are committed and want their company and profit to grow by at least 50%.
  3. They struggle with a couple of the following challenges: work too many hours per week; feel locked up; too many distractions and interruptions; concerns about employees; cashflow issues; no clear direction or goals; no personal challenges through the above. Or more…
  4. They are looking for guidance and direction and understand the value of working with an experienced coach.
  5. They want financial freedom, less stress and more free time.
  6. They are prepared to invest time and money in themselves.
