About Nils Janssens
“My goal is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to develop themselves into a powerful, prosperous leader. To create a pleasant life for not only themselves, but also for the people who are important to them.”
– Nils Janssens
I have always been interested in the ultimate potential of people. Personal growth is an ongoing process that is mostly shaped by circumstances, events, victories and moments of failure.
As a personal and business result catalyst I train and coach people and businesses to resolve what is in the way of obtaining the results they want. I help them to become the person they would have to be, so that they will do what is necessary to achieve the goals they have set their mind on.
The best or nothing
I commit myself to the growth and expansion of my clients. My clients are talented and successful business owners and managers that don’t settle for average results. They choose higher standards in every area of their life.
For the past years I have invested the necessary time and money in one-to-one mentorships and long-term training courses of both nationally and internationally renowned business coaches. This has resulted in a successful practice with motivated clients from the Netherlands and abroad.
“Respect the grind.”
– Nils Janssens
Success does not happen overnight – it is a process of trial and error, with ups and downs. This is also called ‘the grind’: the game a person must be willing play to achieve the goals in their life.
No easy way to win
People need to respect the often uncomfortable but unskippable road to success. Many people prefer to take a shortcut, but there is no easy way. You will have to play the game as it should be played in order to win.
Create your identity – Mental Stance
I embrace that game for my self and therefore automatically for my clients too. After all, it would be hypocritical if I would hold back in my personal and business life and play an easier game than my clients. This creates the necessary ‘skin in the game’: creating the identity needed to deal with the next inevitable challenges to proceed to the next level. The so called ‘mental stance’, from which you operate.
There is always opportunity for growth and there is always a next level. As a father of two daughters, who has been happily married for more than ten years, I am aware of my responsibilities and what I can do to create the best life for my family and myself.
My goal is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to develop themselves into the powerful, prosperous leader that creates a pleasant life for not only themselves, but also those who are important to them.

- They want financial freedom, less stress and more free time.
- They are prepared to invest time and money in themselves.
